That’s why we’re proud to introduce Empower Her: a platform dedicated to celebrating visionary women in Kuwait. If you’re a female leader, entrepreneur, or innovator, this one is for you. Share your story. Inspire the future. Drive the change.

 Ten finalists will be honoured by Porsche Centre Kuwait, presented with an award and an exclusive privilege, and given the spotlight to share their success stories.

Selection criteria:

Your nomination will be carefully evaluated against the following pillars:

  • Business Impact and Growth
    How your business is contributing to its industry and making a positive difference in the community.
  • Innovation and Leadership
    The unique strategies, creativity, and leadership qualities you demonstrate in driving your business forward.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive and Resilience
    Your ability to overcome challenges, take bold risks, and show persistence in achieving success.
  • Alignment with Porsche Values
    How you and your business align with Porsche’s values: excellence, innovation, and performance.

معايير التقييم:

سيتم تقييم الترشيحات بناءً على المعايير التالية:

  • الأثر والنمو التجاري
    مدى مساهمة مشروعك في مجاله وأثره الإيجابي على المجتمع.
  • الابتكار والقيادة
    الاستراتيجيات المميّزة، الإبداع، والصفات القياديّة التي تُظهرينها لتطوير مشروعك.
  • الرّيادة والعزيمة
    قُدرتكِ على مواجهة التحدّيات، اتّخاذ قرارات جريئة وإصراركِ على تحقيق النجاح.
  • تمثيلُ قيَم بورشه
    مدى انسجام شخصيّتك الفريدة ومشروعك المميّز مع قيَم بورشه في التميّز، الابتكار والأداء.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Must be a female entrepreneur, 21 years or older.
  • Must be the founder or co-founder of a business actively operating in Kuwait for at least 1 year.
  • Must demonstrate business impact, sustainability, and growth potential.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Porsche Experience Test-Drive Day if selected as a top 10 finalist.
  • Must be open to media features and sharing your entrepreneurial journey.

معايير التأهّل

  • أن تكوني رائدة أعمال لا يقل عمركِ عن 21 سنة.
  • أن تكوني المؤسِّسة أو الشريكة في تأسيس مشروع/شركة قائمة وفاعلة في الكويت منذ سنة على الأقل.
  • أن يُظهر مشروعكِ أثراً ملموساً واستدامة وإمكانات للنمو.
  • الالتزام بالمشاركة في فعالية يوم تجربة قيادة بورشه، إذا تمّ اختياركِ لتكوني في المراكز العشرة الأولى.
  • الاستعداد للظهور أمام الإعلام ومشاركة رحلتك الريادية.
